XF10 and XFL10 inch-sized female thread rod-end bearings feature housings made of heat-treated chromium-molybdenum steel, offering excellent strength and corrosion resistance. Their ball heads are crafted from heat-treated, hard chrome-plated, and precision-ground 52100 bearing steel, paired with PTFE injection-molded self-lubricating, self-sealing seat rings. The XF10 features a right-hand thread, while the XFL10 has a left-hand thread. These bearings are suitable for high-performance mechanical connections in applications such as racing vehicles and marine vessels.

The XF10 and XFL10 inch-sized female threaded rod-end bearing structures feature: a heat-treated chrome-molybdenum steel housing for high strength and corrosion resistance; an internal ball head made of heat-treated, hard chrome-plated, and precision-ground 52100 bearing steel; paired with a PTFE or PTFE/ Kevlar injection-molded self-lubricating, self-sealing seat rings that effectively prevent dust and debris ingress. The metal-to-metal support structure withstands heavy impact loads. An annular groove machined within the main body allows injection of cushioning material after ball insertion, enhancing bearing strength and service life.
