Sealed Drawn cup needle roller bearing with sealing ring seal, under normal working conditions, can protect the bearing from debris intrusion and grease leakage. Therefore, it can be operated for a long time in the range of -20℃-120℃. If suitable grease can be added in time or short-term use, it can be used at +130℃.

The sealing ring is made of synthetic rubber, with good lip elasticity and steel plate lining core, strong mechanical rigidity. In addition, the sealing ring plays an axial guiding role on the retaining rack.

Application fields

HK needle roller bearings are applicable to a wide range of industrial equipment, including shoe eye machines, vertical reducers, forestry machinery, etc. Their high dynamic load and static load characteristics make them perform exceptionally well in industrial mechanical transmission systems.
