6202RS Double O-rings Ball Bearing

6202RS Double O-rings Ball Bearing is a single-row deep groove ball bearing with an inner diameter of 15mm, an outer diameter of 35mm, and a thickness of 11mm. Featuring seals on both sides, it effectively prevents dust ingress and retains lubricant. Structural features:

The basic structure is similar to that of ordinary deep groove ball bearings, consisting of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements (usually steel balls), and a cage. The inner and outer rings have deep groove rollers for accommodating the rolling elements, and the cage is used to maintain the spacing and relative positions of the rolling elements, allowing them to be evenly distributed on the rollers and achieving smooth rolling motion.

The difference is: 

On the outer ring of the bearing, two annular grooves are designed for installing O-rings. O-rings are generally made of elastic materials such as rubber and have good sealing and elasticity.

Sealing principle: 

The O-ring plays a sealing role in the bearing. Due to its elasticity, after being installed into the annular groove of the bearing, it will closely adhere to the mating surface, thereby preventing the leakage of lubricating oil and preventing external dust, moisture, and other impurities from entering the bearing interior. This ensures the lubrication and cleanliness of the bearing interior and extends the service life of the bearing.
