1. Bearing installation should be carried out in a dust-free and clean room, bearings should be carefully selected, bearing spacers should be ground, under the premise of maintaining the height of the inner and outer spacers, the parallelism of the spacers should be controlled below 1um;
2. The bearing should be cleaned before installation, the inner ring slope is upward when cleaning, the hand sensor is flexible, no sense of stagnation, after drying, put specified amount of grease, such as oil mist lubrication should be put into a small amount of oil mist;
3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, with uniform force and no beating.
4. Bearing storage should be clean and ventilated, no corrosive gas, relative humidity does not exceed 65%, long-term storage should be regular rust prevention.
