POM plastic bearings, PP plastic bearings:
POM and PP materials have good mechanical strength and wear resistance, suitable for the production of relatively precise plastic bearings, the working temperature from -60℃ to 100℃, high surface strength and smooth, basically no tension, its good self-lubrication performance and low friction coefficient, on the basis of maintaining the traditional advantages of plastic bearings, can be applied to precision and high speed operation. Among them, POM plastic bearings are the most widely used in all plastic bearings, generally the inner and outer ring materials are POM or PP, and the cage is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (GRPA66-25). The ball is a glass ball, stainless steel ball or ceramic ball, which performs well in alkaline environment but is not suitable for operation in acidic corrosion environment.
